Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, answer written and oral inquiries, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Account Management: Arrange for billing for services, arrange for refunds and credits, and explain the type and cost of services offered.
- Customer Support: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, receive and log complaints, and receive credit and employment applications.
- Merchandise Sales: Sell merchandise and provide information to customers.
- Administrative Tasks: Issue receipts and other forms, and write and edit press releases, newsletter, and communications materials.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
