Opportunity Overview:


We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the SMR-X project with concrete production and delivery activities.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Comprehensive Work Packages in cooperation with construction, engineering, and quality teams.
  • Provide status reports on project milestones and adjust concrete delivery schedules accordingly.
  • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of project deliverables, design specifications, as-built drawings, quality documentation, and turnover documents.
  • Ensure that concrete production and delivery activities align with written and approved policies, standards, programs, and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between concrete suppliers and construction teams for information flow and problem resolution.
  • Forecast and track change orders and scope changes.
  • Coordinate site procurement activities, including material validation, purchase requisitions, and material tracking.
  • Maintain interfaces with concrete suppliers and construction teams.
  • Develop and write detailed work plans in cooperation with construction leads.
  • Ensure high standards related to final product quality.
  • Perform regular field tours to check work progress and meet with project site personnel.
  • Carry out site and concrete suppliers' safety and quality inspections.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives aimed at overall continuous improvement.

Requirements:



  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with concrete material codes and standards.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering in a construction or EPC environment.
  • Experience working under a Nuclear Quality Program is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
