Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Namaha Transport Services Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled professional to oversee the smooth operation of our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Track and complete work orders efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate activities with other departments, promoting effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, optimizing logistics and reducing costs.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Assist in training workers in duties and policies, ensuring a high level of job knowledge among team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to establish and maintain efficient workflows, minimizing delays and errors.
- Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Namaha Transport Services Inc offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- An estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience.
