Job Title: National Project Sales Leader, Facility Services

Black & McDonald Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Project Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our National Facility Services Sales team, you will be responsible for supporting project sales and customer care across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate and support national facility services sales team in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with Black & McDonald's go-to-market strategy and best practices in project sales and customer care.
  • Develop and implement strategies, tools, and training programs to support national project sales team in prospecting and establishing sales plans and opportunities.
  • Manage and ensure quality and delivery of client review efforts and documentation.
  • Participate in product delivery initiatives, such as controls, energy, and sustainability, and other new products to the marketplace.
  • Manage supplier relationships and initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct ongoing estimation and execution analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
  • Manage and review customer satisfaction analysis to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and manage best practices in estimating and customer-facing document usage.
Requirements:
  • University degree in engineering or college diploma in related fields is considered an asset.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Availability to travel as required.
  • Engineering and/or design background with direct project estimating and management experience.
  • Demonstrable sales and negotiation experience.
  • Proven ability to create and develop new business in and outside of the existing customer base.
  • Experience or demonstrable aptitude for managing and coaching a sales team responsible for proactive selling and customer care.
  • Demonstrable and direct knowledge of the facility service and management marketplace.
