Job Summary

The Sr. Product Line Manager - Fuel Cell Solutions will lead business and product market needs, translating them into required resource allocation and product marketing deliverables to meet the company's business goals and objectives. This role will manage and lead product offerings through the entire product life cycle, conducting competitive analysis to determine product positioning, market segmentation, pricing, volume, and product support strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead product from cradle to grave to ensure product financial plans are met.
  2. Maintain clear and timely communication around the health of the product line across all levels of the organization.
  3. Reduce broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans.
  4. Lead specification and delivery of new products/launch process.
  5. Consult with management on long-range goals.
  6. Champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.
  7. Generate product collateral (roadmaps, sales tools, etc.).
  8. Achieve Annual sales plan (targets).
  9. Establish and maintain product pricing strategies in line with business objectives.
  10. Strong project management skills.
  11. Identify and research new product development ideas and prioritize the pipeline.
  12. Create and execute business models (go to market).
  13. Lead major product line projects.
  14. Influence or impact others' priorities, decisions, or activities.
  15. Determine own priorities, both tactical and strategic.
  16. Lead internal communication of the product line's strategy and progress.
  17. Responsible for New Product launches and collateral, promotional materials in respective regions.
  18. Support teams in the field (Sales & Applications as required) to generate new opportunities and drive product design-in.
  19. Conduct regular market and competitor research.
  20. Perform ad hoc analysis for senior management on relevant metrics of the product line.
Requirements
  1. MS in Polymer or Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or any relevant field with 5 years of experience in Product Management for a technical product.
  2. Exceptional marketing and analytical skills.
  3. Experience with product life cycle management.
  4. Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English, including technical and business terms.
  5. Excellent presentation skills.
  6. Customer focused.
  7. Ability to operate across the business and in different environments and cultures.
  8. Multiple industry experience.
  9. Integrity and ethical qualities of the highest standard.
  10. Highly motivated & innovative.
  11. Strong negotiation skills.
  12. Team working and interpersonal skills.
  13. Strong proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite.
