Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Line Manager to lead our Fuel Cell Solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and developing our product offerings, driving business growth, and ensuring alignment with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and product lines
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure product alignment and market readiness
  • Manage product life cycles, including product planning, development, launch, and maintenance
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, sales tools, and marketing materials
  • Establish and maintain product pricing strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Lead internal communication of product line strategies and progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Polymer or Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management for technical products
  • Exceptional marketing and analytical skills
  • Experience with product life cycle management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused and able to operate across the business and in different environments and cultures
  • Multiple industry experience
  • Integrity and ethical qualities of the highest standard
  • Highly motivated and innovative
  • Strong negotiation and team working skills
