Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Representative to join our Global Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team in the Vancouver Island market. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive cleaning and sanitation program to our customers, partnering with them to identify opportunities for improvement and providing expert guidance and support to ensure their environments are Cleaner, Safer, and Healthier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales and retain existing customers by providing exceptional service and support
  • Gain new sales through new products and new customers
  • Maintain our equipment systems utilized within customer locations, including dispensing systems and commercial dishmachines
  • Provide customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation through high-quality surveys

Requirements:

  • High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
  • 1-2 years of food industry experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Availability to provide emergency call assistance, which may occur at night, on weekends, and over holidays
  • Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
  • No immigration sponsorship available
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination may be required based on client site requirements

Physical Demands:

Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

Base salary range is $46,000 to $49,000. This position has a base salary and is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus plan as a percentage of eligible pay, per plan terms.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee, such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
