We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Piloting and Testing Lead to join our team at Boston Scientific Gruppe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our piloting and testing efforts, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement piloting and testing strategies
  • Collaborate with engineering leads, technicians, and outside vendors to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our piloting and testing processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in piloting and testing, with a strong background in leadership and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
