Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerodynamics Instructor to join our team at CAE. As an experienced military pilot, you will provide simulator instruction and academic training to ab initio Air Force Pilots from Canada and abroad.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality simulator instruction on the Harvard II and/or Hawk 115 Flight Training Device (FTD) in accordance with the NFTC Training Plan and CFITES.
  • Create and deliver academic lectures in support of the NFTC training program, focusing on aviation-related subjects associated with Military Pilot Training.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of specific Aircraft Operating Instructions, applicable Standard Manoeuvre Manual, and NFTC pilot training syllabi.
Requirements
  • Military pilot background and experience as an instructor.
  • Knowledge of approved pilot instructional techniques and practical experience.
  • Flexibility in handling tasks and projects, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.

Compensation

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
