Proficiency in BMS and Microsoft is also essential.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can provide exceptional day-to-day customer service, process policy changes, maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters, and support Producers as required. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-class customer service, processing policy changes, maintaining relationships with Insurers and Underwriters, and supporting Producers. You will also be required to cross-sell products, promote client loyalty, and remain up-to-date on company philosophies and procedures.
