Job Title: Mobile Security Guard

At LTS Protective Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Security Guard to join our team. As a Mobile Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing top-notch security services to our clients, ensuring their safety and security at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond effectively to alarm responses and client calls, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Patrol scheduled sites and locations, ensuring a high level of security and vigilance.
  • Conduct thorough site and officer inspections, identifying potential security risks and taking corrective action.
  • Meet and exceed our clients' expectations, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security License, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Possess a valid Ontario driver's license (G Class), enabling you to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Meet our insurance company's requirements, ensuring you are fully qualified and eligible for coverage.
  • Provide a current driver abstract, demonstrating your commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Be approved on our insurance, ensuring you meet our company's standards and requirements.
  • Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, adhering to our company's health and safety policies.
  • Hold a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related position, showcasing your expertise and skills.
  • Post-secondary diploma or certification in a related field (e.g., law enforcement) is preferred, highlighting your academic achievements and qualifications.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Exhibit a high level of personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity under stressful situations.
  • Display a strong work ethic, with a confident and decisive personality.
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-direction and autonomy.
Shifts:
  • Night Shifts (7pm-7am)
  • Continental Shifts (Monday to Friday, 7pm-7am, with alternating weekends)
