We are seeking a skilled Server - Food and Beverage Services Specialist to join our team at FAMOSO NEAPOLITAN PIZZERIA. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers
  • Present bills to customers and process payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Describe menu items and daily specials to customers, highlighting our unique offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests

In addition to your food and beverage service skills, you will also have the opportunity to participate in diversity and cross-cultural training programs, designed to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees. You will also receive awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for youth and Indigenous people.
