Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server - Food and Beverage Services Specialist to join our team at Royal Sweets And Restaurant Ltd. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring high-quality presentation and service.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
