Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Alberta Ltd O/A New Asian Village. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
  • Advise customers on menu selections.
  • Balance cash and record sales.
  • Clean and clear tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and make recommendations.
  • Serve food and beverages.
  • Supervise other servers and bussing staff.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Schedule and train staff.
  • Assist guests with special needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Will train.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language.
  • 30-40 hours per week.
