Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Coordinate the flow of information and documents within the office
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court sessions
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Prepare and key in correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures
  • Office Management
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
