**Responsibilities**

  • Manage and guide direct reports in daily deliverables while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a main contact for client inquiries and deliverables, allocating resources to complete tasks within Service Level Agreements.
  • Support management in addressing sensitive or escalated queries from clients, investors, or internal departments.
  • Provide training and guidance to direct reports, fostering a professional environment that encourages personal and professional development.

**Requirements**

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, fund administration, or asset management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide guidance and training.
  • Existing client/customer service experience ideal.
