Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Panago Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standard.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that all food is delivered to the highest standard.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 30-40 hours of work per week.
