Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor hours.
- Participate in menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
