Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to ensure that our kitchen and dining areas are running smoothly.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure that our staff are knowledgeable about our menu, policies, and procedures.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Plan and order ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have everything needed to prepare and serve our menu items.
- Ensure that Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Keep accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our purchasing and inventory management decisions.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Provide regular reports to management on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35 to 40 hours per week
