Position Overview

The In-store Customer Experience Representative role at UNIQLO is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a seamless brand experience. This individual will act as a ambassador for the brand, building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the UNIQLO brand positively and consistently, aligning with the company's mission and vision.
  • Provide superior customer service, prioritizing brand experience and customer engagement/satisfaction in accordance with UNIQLO's service standards.
  • Utilize company tools to enhance brand recognition, maximize sales, and increase units per transaction.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to integrate store and online experiences, elevating the customer purchasing journey.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services, sharing insights and providing customer feedback through internal channels.
  • Work effectively as a team player, adhering to company policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Assist management in resolving store issues and support special projects as assigned.
  • Foster a culture of cross-training, empowering staff to independently uphold brand and operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong smile.
  • Ability to problem-solve and be detail-oriented.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, read computer terminals, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capacity to effectively navigate the sales floor and stockroom, with repetitive bending, prolonged standing, and other physical demands.
