Job Title: Scheduling Clerks Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Clerks Supervisor to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing operational logistics
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and co-ordinate, assign, and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
