Housekeeping Opportunity at Great Canadian Entertainment

We are seeking a Part-time Housekeeper to join our team at the Pickering Casino Resort and Casino Ajax. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and hazard-free environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, and general cleanup
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with safety procedures and identifying potential hazards
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent working experience and education
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
