Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Burlington. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Stock linen closet
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Provide basic information on facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns

Work Environment:

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work independently. You will also be expected to work overtime as needed.
