About the Role:

The Green Energy Optimizer will play a key role in analyzing energy usage, developing conservation strategies, and implementing solutions to optimize energy performance in manufacturing and non-manufacturing settings.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze energy usage patterns and develop data-driven recommendations to improve energy efficiency.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify energy performance improvement opportunities and develop action plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize energy-saving projects and ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive energy management plan to guide energy-saving efforts and measure progress.
  • Provide training and support to employees on energy-efficient practices and promote a culture of sustainability within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in energy efficiency and decarbonization.
  • Communicate energy-saving achievements and successes to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, environmental science, sustainability).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in energy management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
