Position Summary
As the Marketing & Sales Campaign Specialist at Metergy Solutions Inc., you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing and sales strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to create compelling content, manage campaigns, and analyze performance metrics, ensuring alignment with corporate and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Content Development & Marketing Strategy:
- Create and manage high-quality marketing content, including blogs, whitepapers, sales communications, and collateral that reflects our brand voice and supports business goals
- Develop, execute, and track comprehensive marketing and sales campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
- Lead the design and implementation of new marketing initiatives including, client facing collateral, product launches, and brand building
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform content strategy and campaign optimization
- Campaign Management & Analytics:
- Oversee the planning and execution campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance future initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to optimize marketing efforts and achieve desired outcomes
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with corporate strategies
What You'll Bring to This Role:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing and content creation, particularly in a B2B context
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into effective marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- A self-starter attitude with a passion for driving results through innovative marketing solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and campaign management
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms, including Salesforce
- Strong skills in content creation and familiarity with digital marketing tactics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, is considered an asset
