Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at H & I Hospitality LTD. dba Those Indian Guys. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Direct and supervise the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses, to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Estimate Food and Supplies

Estimate the quantity of food and supplies required for meal preparation, taking into account factors such as menu items, portion sizes, and customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain the quality of food and service, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and cleanliness.

Maintain Records

Keep accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for menu planning and inventory management.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement work schedules that meet the needs of the business, ensuring that all staff are adequately staffed and that customer demand is met.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role

Language

Fluent in English
