Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinics Coordinator to join our team at AmerisourceBergen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Area Managers and Nurses to ensure seamless clinic operations
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clinic processes, project requirements, and issues
  • Ensure compliance with required policies and procedures
  • Manage invoice tracking for clinics, develop QA processes, and maintain clinic audit records
  • Organize and track inventory of all Innomar clinics, facilitate clinic supply setup, and maintain the Clinics and Nursing Database
  • Approve nurse orders, manage daily emails, and place clinic office supply/equipment orders
  • Source movers/handymen for clinic moves, collaborate with Senior Manager and Business Area managers, and communicate with outsource vendors/suppliers
  • Implement and track Preventative Maintenance program for medical equipment, manage temperature/medication excursions, and follow up with final reports
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry
  • Experience in Quality Assurance auditing and quality management system is an asset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and learn new skills as required
  • Bilingualism, French/English is an asset for the Quebec region
