Course Overview
The course ANT306H5F - Forensic Anthropology Field School is a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in forensic anthropology. The course is divided into two parts: a 2-week field school on the U of T Mississauga campus and weekly classes during the fall term.
Course Objectives
- To provide students with a comprehensive understanding of forensic anthropology methodology and best practices
- To develop students' skills in scene interpretation and reconstruction
- To equip students with the knowledge and skills required to work as forensic anthropologists
Job Requirements
- A Ph.D. (completed or ABD) in Anthropology, specializing in Forensic Anthropology or a closely related field
