Master Technician Lead

 

Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT is seeking a skilled Master Technician Lead to oversee the service department and ensure high-quality repairs are executed accurately and promptly by our team of technicians.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and motivate skilled service technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs.
  • Assist technicians in enhancing their skills and staying up-to-date with industry regulations.
  • Oversee) adherence to manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for technicians, assign repairs equitably, and provide technical support when needed.
  • Ensure accurate billing of repairs, monitor progress throughout the day, and conduct thorough quality checks on completed jobs.
  • Maintain meticulous records, follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, and promptly address any complaints.
  • Utilize performance metrics and tools to manage department efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
  • Monitor technicians' productivity and shop conditions, recommending equipment purchases and ensuring proper tool care and inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to uphold the highest standards of service excellence.

 

Requirements:

  • License for over 3 years.
  • Diagnostics knowledge.
  • Domestic knowledge is an asset.
  • Highly motivated individual.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Punctual.
  • Honest.
  • Valid Driver's license.
