Job Title: Scrum Master - Intermediate

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our technical teams in building large-scale data warehousing solutions on the Azure cloud ecosystem for data analytics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Scrum principles, experience leading software development teams, and expertise in Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of software development projects following the agile methodology.
  • Ensure the proper project structure is set up in DevOps, creating reports, queries, and dashboards.
  • Experience leading software development teams in large-scale data warehousing solutions in the Azure cloud ecosystem for data analytics.
  • Knowledgeable in Data Warehouse/Lakehouse concepts, including data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, and data governance.
  • Experience leading software development teams in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Finance and Operations (F&O) environment.
  • Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt, etc.
Requirements:
  • 5+ year in leading technical teams in a Scrum Master or related role.
  • Experience leading software development teams in large-scale data warehousing solutions on the Azure cloud ecosystem for data analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expert knowledge of Azure DevOps, setting up the proper project structure in DevOps, creating reports, queries, and dashboards.
  • Knowledgeable in Data Warehouse/Lakehouse concepts, including data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, and data governance.
  • Experience leading software development teams in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Finance and Operations (F&O) environment.
  • Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt, etc.
