About the Job
We are seeking an Automation and DevOps Specialist to join our team. As part of our R&D team, you will design and develop automation to build, measure, and test compiler technologies targeting various hardware platforms and product scenarios. Your responsibilities will include automating technical operations, setting up monitoring and logging tools, and troubleshooting on-premise infrastructure and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop automation to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Set up monitoring and logging tools to detect and fix potential issues.
- Troubleshoot on-premise infrastructure, systems, network, and application stacks.
- Design and deploy performance testing frameworks and related reporting systems.
- Work with software development teams on capacity planning, server allocation, installation, access control, and security assurance.
- Support and automate software development workflows for continuous software quality improvements.
- Develop integrations with continuous integration systems and code versioning platforms.
- Perform black-box and white-box testing, coverage analysis, and other software quality assurance tasks.
About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly skilled software engineer with a B.Sc. or B.Eng. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a comparable degree or equivalent experience. You should have 2+ years of experience in software engineering, operations engineering, or a similar discipline. Proficiency in C++ and scripting languages is required, including bash and Python. Understanding of DevOps principles and knowledge of common DevOps tools and techniques are essential.
