Insurance Policy Coordinator

At Western Coast Insurance Services, we're committed to delivering exceptional insurance solutions to our customers. As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team of insurance advisors by managing group insurance policies for our Total Guard Employee Benefit Group Insurance Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming client requests, new group information, client communications, plan changes, and upload relevant forms and documents to our internal policy system.
- Process and track claims, review new business applications, assemble enrolment packages, and follow up with clients to obtain missing information.
- Process and distribute incoming departmental mail and update information for plan member policies.
- Provide basic accounting operations support as well as Marketing and communications support.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of administration experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong computer skills and experience navigating multiple computer systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone.
