Art Production Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Art Production Manager to join our team at Epic Games. As an Art Production Manager, you will be responsible for handling and organizing concept art tasks to help our artists deliver high-quality art.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with art discipline leads and art directors to scope and schedule work for the team.
- Build and maintain dependency-driven asset schedules to ensure successful, on-time release of content.
- Facilitate constant communication with the art production team and cross-department production teams.
- Proactively identify problems and propose solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Schedule team meetings, run dailies art reviews, and provide actionable notes and follow-up to attendees.
- Mentor and facilitate the growth of art production PAs.
- Own Shotgrid scheduling, triage, and tracking.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a production role where you've managed art teams in the creation and delivery of high-quality art.
- Deep understanding of dependency-driven pipelines, scheduling, and asset tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in an environment where you had to exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily.
- Self-starter with the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders.
- Ability to drive high-velocity, high-impact development cycles.
