Job Title: Office Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Cleaning Service 7Days Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment and administer policies and procedures
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and train staff
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and resolve conflict situations
- Monitor and evaluate, plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements:
- More than 20 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Large workload and ability to prioritize tasks
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
