Sushi Langford - Belmont is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can plan menus, estimate food requirements, and prepare complete meals or individual dishes. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills to train staff and supervise kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement menus that meet customer expectations and dietary requirements
  • Estimate food requirements and manage inventory to minimize waste
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals to exacting standards

Requirements
