Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed functional specifications through comprehensive business requirement analysis.

- Assist with process adoption, automation, and testing.
- Participate in project teams, product demonstrations, and status meetings.
- Generate project reports and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough fit-gap analysis to identify gaps between current and desired states.
- Liaise with stakeholders through interviews and communications to gather requirements.
- Understand and document current state, challenges, and future objectives.
- Support SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Document workflow processes for clear business process descriptions.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis for complex transformations in multi-entity environments.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder priorities, resolve issues, and navigate complex transformations.
- Effective prioritization of tasks and activities using various inputs and checks.
- At least 5 years of experience engaging with business and technical experts for requirements elicitation and process definition.
- Interactive communication and presentation skills, including eliciting requirements and facilitating workshops.
- Experience producing visual business process models and architecture diagrams.
- Developing operational procedures, standards, and policies to achieve business outcomes.
- Experience with cloud SaaS implementation and ERP solutions, especially in Human Resources, Finance, and/or Procurement.
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or a certification in Information Technology.
- Current certification from a recognized business analysis association, such as PMI-PBA or IIBA-CBAP.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and research skills.
- Proficiency in producing detailed deliverables from communications and interactions.
