Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Adventurers Child Care Centre. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and inclusive environment that fosters learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Lead activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and outings
  • Observe and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
