About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will work closely with our Lead Educator to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Lead Educator in planning and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of our students.
  • Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Educator to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition between home and school.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Diploma, certificate, or degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognized institution.
  • ECE Level 2 Classification or ECE Level 1 Classification combined with a minimum of one year experience working with pre-school children.
  • Recent experience working with pre-school children.
  • Current Certification in First Aid.
  • Training and/or experience in a play-based learning environment is an asset.
