About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Partner Support team at goeasy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Lendcare partners across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide World-Class Customer Service: Respond to partner inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Lendcare partners to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly and concisely communicate with partners through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Problem-Solve: Identify and resolve complex issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and partner retention.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Availability: Full-time availability, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
