We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at Tax and accounting solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and general journals.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
