We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Affinity Search in Calgary, AB. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Western Canada's largest window and door manufacturers, serving consumers, contractors, and retailers.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with high standards. They will build trust with customers and provide solutions to meet their needs, focusing on new and existing clients to drive business and increase revenue.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from CA$ 60,000 to CA$ 65,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package. If you are a sales professional with 5+ years of experience, strong business acumen, and excellent relationship building skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads, create opportunities, and close sales through solution-based selling.
  • Regularly visit current and potential clients to evaluate their business needs and promote products and services.
  • Develop and coach contractor sales teams to promote and sell products and services.
  • Foster long-term business relationships with clients.
  • Meet or exceed company goals.
  • Enter orders and quotes into ERP systems.
  • Report on progress at weekly sales meetings.
  • Build and develop individual sales plans and budgets, ensuring expectations are met.
  • Oversee internal sales operations functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in home builder events, trade shows, charity events, and marketing events to represent the company and promote products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners and departments.
  • Participate in training and development activities to expand product and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • 5+ years' sales experience with a focus on B2B knowledge or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a high closing ratio.
  • CRM experience with Sales Force and Window & Door Software Paradigm an asset.
  • Window and door experience an asset.
  • Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and business acumen, including problem solving, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
  • Strong work ethic, action-oriented, and desire to achieve excellence.
  • High comfort level working in a fast-paced, values-driven, and solution-based selling process in a team environment that is constantly changing.
  • Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
  • High comfort level working autonomously and requiring little day-to-day oversight and direction.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license without restrictions.
  • Overnight travel may be required.
