Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cook to lead our kitchen operations. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, inspecting kitchens, training staff, and managing kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high culinary standards.
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Train and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and guests.
- Organize and coordinate buffets and banquets, ensuring exceptional customer service and culinary excellence.
- Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
