About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Derrick Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work independently in a fast-paced environment, withstanding physical demands, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 44 hours per week.
