Job Summary

The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation department, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our transportation team, including truck drivers and dispatchers.
  • Prepare and Review reports on transportation performance, including metrics on on-time delivery, fuel efficiency, and driver safety.
  • Provide Technical Advice and guidance to team members on transportation procedures and best practices.
  • Train and Develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge in transportation operations.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and Schedule activities, including truck maintenance, fueling, and driver scheduling.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in transportation or logistics.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Language and Work Environment
