Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and initiatives
- Develop project plans, manage project timelines, and ensure timely and successful delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Agile project management experience
- Certified Scrum Master and Coach
- Advanced knowledge of Agile project management workflows, risk management, and change management
- Proven ability to manage high-visibility projects with third-party vendors and significant technology components
- Strong executive presence, advanced communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
