About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Professional to join our team at DASCH. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support and care to our youth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional, physical, and social support to youth clients in a respectful and caring manner.
  • Assist youth clients with personal care, hygiene, and household skills.
  • Transport youth clients to and from activities and home in a safe and careful manner.
  • Perform administrative duties, including completing communication books/logs and incident reports.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Location Supervisor, coworkers, and youth clients.
Requirements
  • Grade 10 education or equivalent.
  • Full or Intermediate Class 5 Manitoba Driver's License.
  • Smart device with internet access for communication.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
