About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Professional to join our team at DASCH. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to youth clients, promoting their independence, and empowering them to reach their full potential.

About You:

  • You have a strong passion for working with youth and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with youth, staff, and management.
  • You are a team player, with a willingness to work collaboratively to achieve shared goals and outcomes.
  • You have a Grade 10 education or equivalent, and a valid Manitoba Driver's License.

About the Position:

  • Provide individualized emotional, physical, social, and vocational support to youth clients.
  • Assist youth clients with personal care, hygiene, and household skills.
  • Transport youth clients to and from activities and home in a safe and careful manner.
  • Perform administrative duties, including completing communication books/logs and incident reports.
