Job Title: Verafin - Senior System Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our team at Nasdaq. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade server operating systems and software.
  • Administer and maintain the security of operating systems, following established procedures and policies.
  • Provide operational support for our information systems and peripheral equipment, such as servers, desktops, printers, and storage devices.
  • Perform recovery procedures, scheduling, and backups, and monitor batch processes, following established procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Computer Science, MIS, or other related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications relevant to the role are meritorious.
