Assistant General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant General Manager to join our team at Banff Hospitality Collective. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in the success of our restaurants and bars.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all areas of the venue, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial and personnel-related administrative duties.
  • Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong understanding of operational standards, company policies, and federal/provincial/local laws and ordinances.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions when necessary.
  • ProServe certification and a flexible schedule required.
