Job Title: Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in the management of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and sales and revenue growth.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, driving sales and revenue growth, and controlling costs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • ProServe certification.
